At Doughtinator.com, we are committed to delivering your custom print-on-demand products efficiently. Please note the following shipping details:

1. Shipping Times
   All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Each product’s processing and shipping times are displayed at checkout. Most products are customized and produced by our regional partners closest to you. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delays may occur during high order volumes, and we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Order Tracking
   All orders can be tracked using the information provided via email once your order has been placed. This will contain information about your order processing and tracking information once your order ships out.
   
   
3. Digital Downloads
   Some Products are Digital Downloads, the download link will be availbe after check out directly on the website and a download link will also be sent to the email address used to place your order
   
   

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
   Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. There is a small window to make changes before the order is processed.

5. Undeliverable Orders
   If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
   Doughtinator.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, please contact local authorities.

7. Returns
   You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt. See our returns policy page for more information.

8. Import Duties and Taxes
   Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes upon the product’s arrival in their country.
